As part of this programme, deserving students who spend three hours per day in college get pay of Rs. 45 per hour from July to February of each year.

The board conducts a three-day workshop each year with financial support from SPPU in order to empower female students. Experts from the domains of psychology, physical medicine, mental health, and religion examine the challenges.
