NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (NSS)
The major goals of NSS activities are to instil a sense of social responsibility in students and to serve the community impartially. NSS volunteers make it a priority to make sure that everyone in need receives assistance in order to raise their level of living and lead a dignified life.

Regular Activities
Volunteers gain a variety of skills by participating in regular activities, including self-discipline, an understanding of the necessity for tree planting, sanitation, and personal hygiene. They also learn to adapt and make compromises. By delivering food, clothes, and first assistance to the catastrophe victims, NSS Volunteers assist in both natural and man-made calamities. Overall, NSS helped the students develop their social consciousness.
Under the NSS, several initiatives are carried out, including blood donation campaigns, swacha bharath abhiyan, plastic kachra mukta abhiyan, road safety, and tree planting. Rallies and performances on different social causes are held as regular events by the NSS Department.
Annual NSS
Special Winter Camps
The Special Winter Camps are the annual camps. The Indian government sponsors yearly camps, which are often hosted in the month of December and are typically held in a rural area or a metropolitan suburb. College must sponsor a community for three years and provide annual summer camps. Volunteers get insight on how to live well despite a lack of resources from villagers.

- Processions or stage performances that bring attention to themes including social concerns, education, and hygiene
- Awareness Rallies
- Inviting physicians to medical camps
The NSS department has a list of pre-set or pre-assigned responsibilities; it is up to the volunteers to give service in whatever manner that is practical. While NSS frequently runs programmes for shorter durations, camps normally last a week to ten days.
